Join us for a creative museum workshop on making medieval shields and step together into the world of knights, coats of arms, and medieval imagination. 

The workshop is suitable for preschool and school-age children, as well as families.

The exhibition titled “73 km from Kočevje” is based on Slovenia’s most catastrophic post-war industrial accident, which might fatally link the towns of Kočevje and Škofja Loka. The exhibition uses various ways to preserve and highlight the post-accident testimonies of the inhabitants of Kočevje, which were overshadowed by the official explanations of the accident.
